Hockey season has begun once again! Last night was the 1st preseason game and were excited to get our jerseys on and watch the game! A friend of mine's son, Jake (#58), got to play in his 1st NHL game last night! Watching hockey is always exciting, but it was even more exciting to root and cheer for someone you know! So cool that he played hard and made it to the big leagues!
This year we had to buy a seat for Hope. We decided to bring her seat from home in hopes of keeping her corralled. It seemed to work pretty good and she was happy with her snacks and toys! She was full of constant questions: "what that Daddy? What those guys doin? Where's the goalie Mommy?" She's such a good little hockey fan!
Before the game various players were spread throughout the Honda Center, doing random jobs and signing autographs. We met up with Cam Fowler and George Parros!
Much to Daddy's delight, Hope's favorite toys right now are her "guys" (R2D2 and C3PO)...they came to the game with us and she fell asleep with them in her hands on our drive home!
